Identification

To attend a Genderverse Furries event you must present a current and valid photo identification.

This identification must contain a current photograph, date of birth, and address. Valid forms of identification include, but are not limited to:

Passport

Driver’s License

Age of Majority card

Landed Immigrant Card

Tribal Band Card

or other government issued form of identification.

Your identification is used to verify your identity and age; it is not stored, copied, or used for any other purpose by Genderverse Furries or its staff.

Stamp

Your proof of registration for a Genderverse Furries event is a stamp. Your hand will be stamped with our logo at the event as part of your registration package after your identity has been verified using your photo identification.

This stamp is to remain visible at all times and must be worn to gain access to any spaces reserved by Genderverse Furries. If it is not visible, you may be asked to show your stamp at any time by any member of the Genderverse Furries or venue staff team.

If your stamp is no longer legible, please bring your photo ID to registration to get a new stamp.

Minors

Genderverse Furries events are open to minors between the ages of 13 years old and 17 years old as of the first day of the event. Anyone aged 12 or younger as of the first day of a given event will not be permitted to attend. When registering, all minors must present a completed Parental Consent Form, which will be retained by Genderverse Furries, for their registration to be processed.

Please contact us if you have any questions about attending as a minor, or bringing a minor to a Genderverse Furries event.

All minors between 13 and 15 years old as of the first day of the event must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (chaperone) at all times.

Minors 16 years old or older as of the first day of the event do not require chaperone accompaniment.

Refund Policy

We cannot offer refunds at this time, but we very much appreciate your support. During pre-registration, we may offer a one-time transfer (to another person or to the next year) of your pre-registration if you cannot attend, but this will not be available when pre-registration closes or at the event. To make arrangements to transfer your pre-registration, please contact us at registration@genderversefurries.com and we will assist you.
