Overview
Genderverse Furries will have a few Dealers tables available in the corner of the 200 ballroom at the 519 centre in Toronto, Ontario.
Dealers tables are 6 feet long by 2.5 feet (30 inches) wide, with no tablecloth or skirt. The table costs $20 to rent and does not include regular attendance. You still must register to attend the event. You can apply for a dealer table at the bottom of this page.
Hours:
Setup: 10:30-11:00am
Vending: 11:00am-4:00pm
Teardown: 4:00-4:30pm
There are two chairs behind each table, for you and one assistant at most. You may bring your own table covering and displays, provided they do not interfere with foot traffic in front of the tables and other vendors’ spaces. The venue does NOT allow anything affixed to the wall. Displays should be secured and not pose a tripping or falling hazard; maximum height is 3 metres.
Tables must not be left unattended. As the venue does not allow outside food except bottled water, you can have your assistant attend to your table while getting food outside the 519. The dealer is solely responsible for their own property and for the property of others who may be harmed by their exhibit and/or actions related to their exhibit. Genderverse Furries and the 519 are not responsible for any damages, theft or other issues arising from vending at the event.
The 519 unfortunately does not provide wifi access.
Access to electricity cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to have tables as close to wall plugs as possible. Please bring grounded, three-prong extension cords and power bars if you will need power. All electrical equipment must be CSA and/or UL approved in order to operate within the venue.
Please be tidy! Keep the space in front of the tables free, and throw away trash as needed. The space must be left in the same condition it was received.
Dealers assume all responsibility for ensuring that they are in compliance with federal and provincial tax laws. Genderverse Furries staff cannot provide advice to dealers regarding specific tax laws, and we recommend that you seek advice from a legal representative, small business advisor, or tax professional.
Vending Guidelines
All material sale/resale rights must be owned by the dealer or approved for sale by the owner. Content that is not yours may be asked to be removed. No copyright infringing or “bootleg” merchandise is permitted. No artificial intelligence (AI) or non-fungible token (NFT) imagery is allowed for sale. No items unapproved for sale may be sold. Genderverse Furries reserves the right to ask for removal of any material which in its sole judgment contravenes these rules, is hazardous, possibly illegal, or out of character or offensive for the event and its attendees.
All products offered must be strictly in compliance with Canadian law.
Censored adult pieces are permitted, so long as at least two-third of the merchandise conforms to a PG-13 rating. Adult material may be kept in a closed binder near the back or behind your table. The binder must be clearly identified as containing adult (18+) material. Dealers are responsible for ensuring that such content is accessed by adults only; minors can be identified with a hand stamp. Genderverse Furries staff reserve the right to determine what is or isn’t considered appropriate content.
